Running the Distance with Ernie Andrus

December 24, 2015

An Epic Coast-to-Coast Run Provides Inspiration with Every Mile There’s no sugar coating it. Yesterday, my run sucked. I could blame it on the humidity in Tampa (where we are visiting family,) but the truth is some days the energy or motivation isn’t there. Mid-run, I found myself attempting to channel Ernie Andrus. Beaches…Alabama Has Beaches?

September 16, 2014

That’s almost always the reaction whenever I tell friends from elsewhere, i.e. not the South, about my frequent pilgrimages down to the Gulf. Florence wanderin’ on such a winter’s day.
Florence a naturale, far away from the crowd. 💗
How’s a girl supposed to get a 🏃‍♀️ run in when she cannot NOT stop to take it all in?
2023, I like the ring of it! 🙌
