Mother and daughter beach time !! Who needs sunshine and warm weather - 🤣🤣🤣 - when you’ve got long beach walks. Thank you, SCIENCE and all you scientist friends out there. Your vaccines are making so many reunions like this one possible after so so long. 💗 #grateful #sciencerocks
The 27-kilometer peninsula of Cape San Blas is along what’s often called Florida’s #forgottencoast 🏖 It’s gloriously quiet and remote, making the perfect spot for our little family reunion. This is the 1st time to see my mom in two years (!!) and, while we didn’t exactly get sunshine and warm temps this weekend, we did get long beach walks, talks to catch up on all the good stuff, delicious fish and seafood, shipwreck and dolfin sightings and beauty-beauty-beauty all-around. #grateful🙏 #forgottenflorida #capesanblas
Miami Beach was so good to us for so many reasons - 💗- not the least of which is a well-respected mask mandate -but, you know, also...beaches, palm trees, art, architecture, music and TACOS, TACOS, TACOS! 🌮 #taquizatacos are tops!! #northbeach #miamibeach
There’s so much to love about Miami’s North Beach neighborhood. Incredible diversity in cultures, languages, art, music and food // Tranquil, friendly vibe // Public beaches and pavilions, funky cafes and restaurants, palm-lined and shaded running and walking trails // Sweet little boutique hotels like this one, our favorite, The New Hotel. //
So strange (and beautiful) when our little path leads back to Miami - in particular #northbeach
Persistenza / Persistence
SOOO strange after so long.
I got to take a deep dive into the history of our street in Lucca - Via Michele Rosi - for this month’s Grapevine magazine...and, the subject is endlessly fascinating. 650 years of history in 650 steps!
